Virtual Tours

Nerd Alert!!! We've worked out that we can now take our clients on a virtual tour of our proposals using a smart phone and some goggles! A bit of a game changer, as far as we're concerned! Really excited to showcase our first proposals with this...

Latest Phase Released At Chapleton

So, in the spirit of our great clients, Hope Homes releasing their latest phase at their Chapelton development in Seamill, North Ayrshire, we thought it would be a cool idea to showcase the house types which will be available from the 26th of January.

The houses have been designed to be reminiscent of an established, traditional Scottish town vernacular. The site layout has been designed to reflect this vernacular in such a manner that the development feels like it has evolved as a natural settlement over time and encourages social interaction, promoting a 'close knit' community feel.

The Chapelton development is proving to be extremely popular which we're delighted about, but you'll need to be fast to get one!

Planning Approval

Great to have supported our clients at Alistair Dick Tarmac Ltd to achieve planning approval for their much needed new facility in Kilmarnock.

The new facility we designed them will allow the business to grow whilst galvanizing their brand through simple detailing using their corporate colours, giving them more visual identity next to the busy Ayr Road, one of the key routes in to Kilmarnock.

Really looking forward to seeing this project progressing!

Planning Approved

Absolutely delighted to post that after a huge amount of effort from everyone involved over the last two years, we have obtained Planning Consent on behalf of our amazing clients, MARAMAC Ltd, to develop 13 mews houses and apartments at the beautiful Strathdoon House on Racecourse Road, Ayr.

We're really excited about the prospect of breathing much needed new life into this wonderful old building, which when developed, should ensure that it will remain key to the identity of Racecourse Road for years to come.
